  • Jacqueline Carter, M.Sc.

    With a Master of Science in Organizational Behaviour and over 20 years of experience supporting organizations through large scale change, Jacqueline has held a wide range of leadership and consulting roles across a range of industries including transportation, oil and gas, insurance and government. Jacqueline has many years of personal experience with mind training and over the past 10 years has focussed on embedding mindfulness practices into daily corporate life.

  • Dorota Ulkowska, B.Comm.

    Dorota holds a B.Comm. in Marketing, has 18 intensive years of international sales and strategic marketing and over 15 years of Mindfulness practice. Dorota has worked with hundreds individuals and organizations across North American helping them optimize and balance off their stressors. Dorota started out her career in the business development segment of information technology. 7 years ago, she started facilitating individual mindfulness groups and continued to the corporate setting. For 3 years she has been training corporate employees on the tools of mindfulness and their benefits in a work environment.

  • Emily Shaffer, R. Psych.

    As a Registered Psychologist, Emily currently works in private practice and has experience in a corporate collaborative healthcare setting, as well as in the educational and not for profit arenas. She enjoys working with individuals and groups across a wide range of ages and environments, and is passionate about weaving her personal and professional mindfulness wisdom together and sharing it in both individual and organizational life, working towards enhancing performance and overall well-being.

  • Daniel Cushing, MBA

    With more than 25 years' international experience as a senior manager, leadership instructor and executive coach, Daniel works with global business leaders and their teams to support them in becoming more effective. He is now passionate about bringing his 20 years of mindfulness experience into the corporate world.

  • Hersh Forman, B.Sc, MBA

    Hersh has over 20 years experience as a senior consumer packaged goods marketing, sales and communication professional and has extensive client side, service side and entrepreneurial/general management experience. In addition, he has operated his own consulting practice since 2001. He is also Chair of the Steering Committee of Mindfulness Toronto, a vibrant community of professionals dedicated to the principles and practice of mindfulness in all sectors of society and is passionate about bringing the benefits of mindfulness to the corporate world.

  • Susan Meech, J.D., M.C.R.P.

    Susan's background in law, policy analysis, education and coaching, combined with her experience in teaching mindfulness-based programs, makes her very aware of the benefits of offering CBMT in organizations. She’s been on the Steering Committee of the Mindfulness Toronto Professional Community since 2011 and founded its Mindful Leaders-Mindful Workplace group in 2012. She received her J.D. from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law and her M.C.R.P. from the Kennedy School at Harvard University.

  • Vince Brewerton

    Vince is an experienced facilitator, consultant and teacher and is a trusted advisor to leaders and teams in the corporate, not-for-profit and public sectors. He has more than 25 years experience as an international management consultant, Executive Director of the Centre for Spirituality and the Workplace at Saint Mary’s University, and an award-winning teacher at the Rotman School of Management. Drawing on his experience leading strategic change and many years of mindfulness practice, Vince works with organizations to enhance individual and organizational performance and well-being.

  • Elizabeth “Joy” Noonan

    Joy is an accomplished lawyer turned mediator/arbitrator and, importantly, a long-time mindfulness practitioner. A sought after trainer/speaker, Joy is thrilled to have also joined Potential Project as a senior trainer and facilitator to help share the gift of this work with busy action addicted, multi-tasking, stressed out individuals and organizations she meets in her work as a mediator. Joy practiced law from 1991 to 2007 with a major Canadian law firm and, in 2007 shifted her law practice to that full-time neutral work. In addition to her work with The Potential Project, Joy is the co-owner of APTUS Conflict Solutions Inc. (Ottawa/Toronto) and has been designated by the ADR Institute of Canada as a Chartered Mediator; its highest designation. Joy lives in Ottawa, Canada with her husband, two daughters and one crazy dog.

    Jo-Ann is a management consultant specializing in corporate communications, training and development in support of organizational change. She has 15+ years of experience in several industry sectors (throughout North America and Europe) leading employee engagement activities to achieve enterprise-wide operational improvements. She is dedicated to expanding the knowledge and effectiveness of people to accomplish organizational change, improve performance, and enhance health and safety in the workplace. Inspired by lifelong learning and continuous expansion, Jo-Ann believes deeply in the human potential for growth and change.
