    Erick has been in corporate finance for 25 years including 17 years in private equity, ,investing in more than 20 companies; he also spent eight years in Investment banking at Société Générale in New York and London. Erick's core skills include initiating change at board level, negotiation, advising management teams on value creation and leadership. He sits on the board of companies in London, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Erick trains leaders and executives in global companies for corporate mindfulness techniques.

    Erick has had a daily mindfulness practice for 10 years and is regularly in retreat. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York (Award for Excellence); he is an executive coach and a mindfulness teacher.

  • Brigitte Rinner

    Brigitte has been a Sophrologist since 2004, introducing the technique in English in the UK. She has trained individuals and groups, including business executives, to manage their stress, cope with change and find work-life balance, gradually incorporating mindfulness in her practice. She is also a graduate from Audencia Business School (Nantes, France) and previously worked in media and education.

  • Heather Rachel Johnston

    Heather has 15+ years experience as a business coach and facilitator working across a wide range of industries including Professional Services, FMCG, Charity and Government. Heather was first introduced to mind training in 1999 and complements this with qualifications in cognitive behavioral coaching and is trained in MBSR. Heather is also an Artist and holds a degree in Economics from the University of St Andrews and an MBA from Henley Management College.

  • Jenni  Elise Toulson

    Jenni is an experienced Mindfulness trainer, Executive Coach and Organisational Change Consultant with a career spanning over 25 years in a variety of private and public sector organisations. Her work includes leading corporate transformation programmes, designing and facilitating leadership development programmes and coaching leaders and senior teams. She is passionate about supporting individuals build resilience during periods of change by opening up to new opportunities, learning new skills, approaches and behaviours. She delivers Mindfulness Training and Teachings both within organisations and her local community.

  • Dr. Nick Buckley, Ph.D.

    With a grounding in philosophy and psychology Nick’s professional career spans public administration, internet business and technology consultancy, market research and social media. He has worked with the UK Civil Service, Virgin Group, the BBC,, GfK and a wide range of organisations of all sizes and sectors. Over the last six years he has merged his commercial and academic interests by making mindfulness training effective and sustainable for the workplace. Nick holds a PhD in Philosophy.
