  • Jacqueline Carter, M.Sc.

    With a Master of Science in Organizational Behaviour and over 20 years of experience supporting organizations through large scale change, Jacqueline has held a wide range of leadership and consulting roles across a range of industries including transportation, oil and gas, insurance and government. Jacqueline has many years of personal experience with mind training and over the past 10 years has focussed on embedding mindfulness practices into daily corporate life.

  • Andy Lee

    Andy is a mindfulness teacher, executive coach and human resources consultant. He spent 12 years in corporate talent management roles before starting his own coaching and consulting practice. He has studied and practiced mindfulness and meditation since 1999, and in 2012 he started Working Mindfully, a firm dedicated to bringing the benefits of mindfulness into the workplace. Andy also teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in his community. Andy lives in Connecticut with his wife Alisha and dog Rio. When not working or teaching, he likes to practice mindful motorcycling through the Connecticut countryside and beyond.

  • Sharyn Taylor

    Sharyn Menegus Taylor is a mindfulness trainer with 20+ years in mind-body awareness training and practice. She has also had significant corporate experience as both an executive at American Express and management consultant to a wide range of companies in financial services, travel and non-profit. When she saw how her personal mindfulness practice enhanced her focus and skill in managing global teams, she became passionate about bringing mindfulness practice to the workplace.

  • Sheila Wall

    Sheila is a mindfulness facilitator and a certified executive coach. Formerly a VP and Senior Risk Management Consultant, with over 18 years in domestic and global risk management with AIG, Sedgwick and Marsh & McLennan. Sheila has her MSW from NYU and worked in the non-profit sector in the CT School System. In 2005 Sheila obtained coach certification through iPEC and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and President-Elect of ICF-CT Chapter, Inc. Sheila has been a yoga and mindfulness meditation practitioner since 1975 that is integrated in to her mindfulness coaching and training. She teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in Newtown and Rowayton, CT.

    MaryBeth Sigler is an experienced leadership and executive coach who brings more than twenty years experience to coaching executives and their teams. She coaches senior leaders, managers, and high-potentials to acquire greater professional effectiveness and the leadership tools needed to successfully advance their careers. As a teacher of yoga, mindfulness and meditation, MaryBeth has a passion for raising awareness in her clients about how managing the mind can impact personal and professional potential. MaryBeth is a professor at New York University where she teaches courses in the Leadership and Human Capital track.

    Jon Aaron is a teacher and board member of the New York Insight Meditation Center, as well as the co-guiding teacher of the Makom Meditation Dedicated Practice Group at the JCC in Manhattan. A certified teacher of tof Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction he has taught over 45 cycles of this seminal class. He is also Somatic Experiencing PractionerTM. He has offered courses and workshops for a wide variety of organizations such as NBC Universal, Purpose, Continuum Health Partners and the Federal Reserve Bank.     Moira is an Organizational Development consultant, facilitator, and coach with experience spanning over 25 years and encompassing leadership roles in a Fortune 80 company, startups, as well as consulting with leaders and teams in numerous small businesses, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. Her consultations leverage her considerable skills and knowledge in areas such as change management, team dynamics, productivity, and leadership effectiveness. Since 2011 she has offered Mindfulness training programs to various organizations as well as holding the qualification to teach MBSR.

Previously, Michael served as Assistant Dean in the School of Leadership & Professional Advancement at Duquesne University where he initiated, founded and taught in the Professional Coach Certification Program (PCCP), an International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training Program.

For over 20 years, she’s both had a personal mindfulness practice and has taught mind training techniques.

    Vicki is a dynamic leadership consultant, coach, and trainer. Currently, she is a Lean Consultant with King County in Seattle where she coaches and trains leaders who are adopting continuous improvement and respect for people to radically change organizational culture. Vicki is also the Director of Skill for Mind, LLC, offering mindfulness based courses, retreats and individual coaching for adults and children. She trained with Mindful Schools and is a certified trainer with Breathworks, a leading organization in mindfulness based pain management. Vicki has a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration. She has held several senior leadership positions in health care, including Director of Clinical Operations for a large medical center. Vicki enjoys hospice volunteer work and serving on the board of the Seattle Buddhist Center.
