Come and join us for an experiential program on how to introduce mindfulness into your personal and professional life.   

In the 2 face to face days we will cover essentials on the following:

  • What mindfulness is and what is not
  • Short sharp practices to apply into daily life 
  • Tools and tips that align with business and organisational strategies
  • Identify a customized approach for your culture and industry
There will then be 2 online sessions for review of your current situation, recap of materiel covered and any other queries.
